The Starting Edge, LLC, is dedicated to delivering educational skills young adults need for College success. Dr. Norbert and Ofra Weinberg bring years of experience as educators, having operated one of the few WASC-accredited supplemental education programs in the Los Angeles area, the Huntington Learning Center in Encino, for over a decade and a half. SAT and ACT Exam Prep was a major component of their program and they delivered high quality individualized instruction to two thousand students of all grade levels from both private and public schools. They also worked with the Los Angeles Unified School District under a Federal  education program.
